How We Met:
Like many modern couples, we met online. What started as a simple message on a dating app quickly turned into a conversation we didn’t want to end. He messaged first, and before long we were talking every day.
When we finally met in person, he showed up wearing glasses… which caught me off guard because his profile pictures didn’t have them. Somehow that tiny surprise made the moment feel real and a lot less like two strangers meeting, and more like two people who already knew each other.
For our first date, he picked me up from my apartment and we spent the evening just talking and getting to know each other. I even met some of his family right away, and instead of being awkward, it felt comfortable and natural.
We laughed a lot and realized pretty quickly this wasn’t going to be a one-time date.
From that night on, we just kept choosing each other.
What started as a simple message turned into a friendship, then a relationship, and eventually a life together.
